Acquired bullous disease of the skin and solitary amyloidoma of the lung

Abstract

A 70 year old black woman had a 1 year history of bullae occurring at points of trauma without preceding inflammation. She was also found to have a solitary amyloidoma of the upper lobe of the left lung and no signs of amyloidosis elsewhere. Her general health, except for mild chronic bronchitis, was good.
