Abstract

Using immunofluorescent techniques an attempt was made to identify circulating antibody to pituitary in a group of hypogonadotropic hypogonadal women. Antibody could not be demonstrated, nor could antibody to gonadotropin be found in the serum of hypogonadal women who displayed relative refractoriness to HMG-HCG therapy.
