Abstract
A retroperitoneal cystadenomatous tumor on a female 24 years old, is described which is probably of mesonephric origin. The resemblance of the neoplasm to the adenomatoid tumor of the genital tract suggests that the latter may in some instances arise from mesonephric remnants.
