Abstract
Cushing disease presents a significant clinical challenge due to the variability in symptom severity and associated comorbidities. Recent advancements have improved our understanding of its underlying mechanisms, refined diagnostic approaches, and introduced innovative treatments strategies. To enhance clinical management and standardize diagnostic, therapeutic, and follow-up protocols, experts from endocrinology, surgery, and radiology collaborated to develop a consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of Cushing disease. This expert consensus serves as a guideline to improve clinical decision-making and optimize patient outcomes.
