Project Details

Description

Project Narrative The goal of this proposal will be to understand how drug resistant mutations in kinases lead to gain-of-function that are responsible for a variety of cancers. This research will use the kinase domain from the fibroblast growth factor as the model receptor tyrosine kinase with the results having direct applicability for future development of allosteric kinase inhibitors.
