Biography

Dr. Koshy is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and has served as a part time faculty attending in the Division of Infectious Diseases at Mount Sinai Beth Israel from 2002 and a full time faculty attending from 2014. Dr. Koshy is also an ID teaching attending for the Internal Medicine Residency program at Mount Sinai Beth Israel and supervises the ID Fellows during the ID inpatient consultative rotations and the HIV/AIDS clinic rotations at the Peter Krueger Clinic for Immunological Disorders, Institute of Advanced Medicine. Dr. Koshy received her medical degree from Madras Medical College, Chennai, India. She completed her internal medicine residency, chief residency and fellowship in Infectious Diseases at Beth Israel Medical Center, NY. She follows a large cohort of patients at the Peter Krueger Clinic and participates in the ID Faculty Practice at the Phillips Ambulatory Care Center. Her special interests include: HIV/Aids, Hepatitus C, and Travel Medicine
