Biography
Samira S Farouk MD, MSCR, FASN is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Nephrology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. (ISMMS). She is also the Associate Director of the Nephrology Fellowship Program. She is board certified in Nephrology. Dr. Farouk is a graduate of Princeton University and Robert Wood Johnson Medical School - Rutgers University. She completed her residency and fellowship training in Internal Medicine, Nephrology, and Transplant Nephrology at ISMMS.
