She also serves as Director of Breast and Gynecologic Cancer Programs in Radiation Oncology at Continuum Cancer Centers of New York. She is board certified by the American Board of Radiology. Dr. Chadha has national recognition for her expertise in the treatment of breast and gynecologic cancers. She has extensive experience treating patients using advanced technologies, image-based conformal external beam radiation therapy techniques and high-dose rate and low-dose rate brachytherapy. Her research interests involve application of treatment strategies that are patient focused and aimed at individualizing treatment and delivering personalized patient care. Dr. Chadha has co-authored numerous peer-reviewed articles and book chapters. She has lectured at national and international meetings. Dr. Chadha serves as the Chair of the Quality Assurance Commitee in Radiation Oncology. She is the President of the Metropolitan Breast Cancer Group and past President of the New York Roentgen Society. Dr. Chadha is also an active member of several professional societies including the American College of Radiology, the American Society of Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology, and the American Society of Clinical Oncology. Her name is listed in the directory of America's Top Oncologists as well as among The Best Doctors in America. In 2011, Dr. Chadha was named in Castle Connolly's "Top Doctors: New York Metro Area."
