Biography
Dr. Levey is a board certified gynecologist with a specialty focus in chronic pelvic pain, minimally invasive surgery, endometriosis, fibroids, abnormal bleeding and the management of abnormal pap smears. Dr. Levey is an expert in daVinci robotic surgery and endometriosis removal. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He graduated from the University at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences in 1997 and completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2001. He is currently a faculty member at the NYU School of Medicine and medical staff member at the NYU Langone Medical Center. Dr. Levey is an expert in robotic surgery. Additionally, he is an expert in the placement of the Essure device and other minimally invasive procedures that can be performed in the office, including the Thermachoice and Novasure.
