Biography

Dr. Kali Hopkins is a Pediatric and Adult Congenital Heart Disease Specialist who received her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. She completed a combined internal medicine and pediatrics residency at Indiana University followed by pediatric cardiology fellowship at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital affiliated with Northwestern University before pursuing advanced training in Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD) and congenital imaging here at the Mount Sinai Fuster Heart Hospital.

Dr. Hopkins will also serve as the director of the congenital heart disease transition program and as associate program director for the adult congenital heart disease fellowship at Mount Sinai Hospital. Her clinical interests include congenital heart disease at all ages, echocardiography, CT, MRI and pulmonary hypertension. Dr. Hopkins’s research interests include congenital heart disease associated pulmonary hypertension and congenital heart disease imaging.
