Biography
Holly Loudon, MD, MPH, is the Chair of the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Science at Mount Sinai West and Mount Sinai Morningside and is an Associate Professor at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Dr. Loudon leads operations and clinical services for the Department at Mount Sinai West/Mount Sinai Morningside, overseeing the delivery of patient care and safety standards. She also has primary responsibility for directing research and education initiatives within the Department.
In addition, Dr. Loudon serves as Director of Quality and Safety for the Department of OB/GYN for the Mount Sinai Health System, a role she has held since 2012. She previously held the role as Medical Director of Mount Sinai Hospital OB/GYN Associates from 2006-2016.
Dr. Loudon earned her medical degree from SUNY Upstate Medical Center and a Master of Public Health degree from City University of New York – Hunter College. She completed her residency in OB/GYN at New York University Downtown Hospital.
