Biography

Dr. Caroline Burmon is a native New Yorker who went west to attend Stanford University where she studied zoonotic diseases. She attended medical school at Hosftra North Shore LIJ SOM and received her emergency medicine residency training at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn. Currently an attending at Mount Sinai Beth Israel and Associate Program Director for the EM residency, Dr. Burmon is on the Global Health faculty and works with Sexual Assault and Victims Services at MSBI.
