Biography
Dr. Yew completed her doctorate at the University of Southern California, where she researched cerebrovascular contributions to cognitive decline using neuroimaging and physiological techniques. She has published peer-reviewed manuscripts and book chapters on age-related changes in cognition and brain function, with particular focus on how vascular health impacts risk for neurodegenerative disease.
More recently, Dr. Yew has been studying the effects of vascular and other modifiable health factors on outcomes after traumatic brain injury.
